The Role

Shift: Day job
- Compliance Risks and Controls:
o Perform risk assessment of Hitachi Digital compliance framework and implementation in India and other countries (to be assigned)
o Perform independent assurance activities to assess the design and effectiveness of key controls implemented to address identified compliance risks
o Report and escalate control issues and any violations of laws or breaches of policy, and
o Validate adequacy of remediation taken to address reported issues.
• Compliance Due Diligence:
o Conduct business partners due diligence review
o Conduct suppliers/vendors due diligence review (human rights and reputation risks only)
• Compliance Audit:
o Execute the annual partner audit plan
o Conduct regular sales transactional audit
• Ethics Hotline, case management and investigations:
o Conduct pre-investigation qualification, and
o Conduct investigations
