Job Description

Skills Required

  • Experience: 3-7 Years in compliance domain.

  • Qualification: BBA - HR/MBA-HR/MSW or equivalent experience.

  • Good communication skills (knowledge of local language is mandatory).

  • Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel).

  • Ability to work independently and manage tasks effectively. Knowledge of relevant laws, regulations and industry standards.

Project Compliance:

  • Arrange initial calls or meetings with customers to understand compliance requirements and gather necessary documentation details.

  • Prepare and provide statutory compliances, registers, and documents as per customer requests for applicable labor laws.

  • Ensure timely preparation, submission, and maintenance of compliance documents (online and offline) as per regulatory guidelines and internal policies.

  • Address customer remarks on submitted compliance documents promptly.

  • Obtain audit reports on compliance submissions from customer sites.

  • Fulfill project requirements for BOCW, ISMW, and CLRA registrations and licenses.

  • Attend on-site compliance audits and ensure zero non-conformity.

  • Coordinate with project team for any requirement.

  • Stay updated on changes in laws and regulations to ensure ongoing compliance within the organization.

  • Investigate and resolve compliance-related issues, including conducting internal investigations and implementing disciplinary actions if necessary.

       B. Subcontractor Compliance:

  • Conduct introductory calls with subcontractors to explain the billing process.

  • Provide guidance to subcontractors in line with JCI HR SOP and customer requirements.

  • Review compliance documents submitted by subcontractors as per the checklist.

  • Coordinate with JCI Project Team, SCM Team, and subcontractors to resolve non-compliance issues.

  • Obtain approval from the Compliance Manager for reviewed compliance documents.

  • Share approved compliance documents with subcontractors.
