Bring your technical skills and data-minded approach to this temporary Compliance Engineer role, supporting element testing, reporting and ERP transformation across Product Safety & Compliance.

Play your part in our team succeeding

Testing & Certification helps protect consumers, support brand trust and secure market access by making sure LEGO® products are assessed at accredited labs with required documentation in place. Together with Product Safety & Compliance, you will keep daily operations steady while we implement our new ERP system, which will reshape how information, processes and decisions connect.

Core Responsibilities

  • Order element tests in SAP and coordinate sample shipments to accredited external laboratories.

  • Prepare KPI data for selected elements, creating clear reporting views for progress and risks.

  • Handle varied testing activities, including follow-up, documentation checks and updates linked to product decisions.

  • Maintain compliance master data across SAP and connected tools, keeping records accurate and traceable.

  • Publish compliance data on LEGO.com and refresh handbook content

  • Working on various task in Power BI and Power Automate to support daily operation

  • Comfortable managing varied tasks, changing processes and several digital systems in parallel.

  • Process-oriented, adaptable and ready to work across a broad network of contacts.

  • Skilled in Office 365, including Excel for data handling and display.

  • Technical learning in computer science, software engineering or a related field.

  • Proficiency in English written, verbal, and presentation.

  • Familiarity with SAP, Power BI, Power Automate or programming tasks.

  • Collaborative approach with initiative to escalate product safety or quality concerns.

This is a 1-year temporary position based in Billund, Denmark, with no relocation support offered. The role sits within an ERP transformation, so some manual activities may change as new system bricks slot into place.
