Position Description
Responsible for managing and overseeing a document repository that consists of member and provider documentation for Medicaid and Medicare Advantage programs. Analyzes and manages the implementations of document revisions, internal and external communications and process oversight to ensure accuracy and on time completion.
Primary Job Responsibilities:
Monitors and analyzes documents for applicability of regulatory updates made that may impact member materials
Tracks and manages end to end revision workflow from receipt of change request through internal & external client/user acceptance.
Act as a liaison for both internal and external stakeholders, ensuring all updates are clearly conveyed and proper approval is obtained.
Conducts validation and review of documents to confirm all edits are completed prior to implementation as well as after.
Responsible for working with internal stakeholders to ensure the work is prioritized and implemented by the required deadline
Provides regular updates to management and other relevant stakeholders regarding document status and any risks related to timely and accurate implementation.
Manages and maintain a document repository of member and provider documents, to ensure that forms are consistent with company standards, and legal, contractual and regulatory requirements.

Minimum Requirements:
Position requires a bachelor’s degree and three years of experience in creating, organizing, and managing documents for business processes. Experience in Medicaid and/or Medicare Advantage programs preferred. Will accept any suitable combination of education, training, or experience.
Position requires strong attention to detail and exceptional organizational skills; the ability to manage multiple projects concurrently; the ability to handle competing priorities and deadlines; excellent written and verbal communication skills; and the ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment, and experience with document implementation and repository systems preferred.
