Compliance Coordinator (PT) - Trilogy at Redmond Ridge
Trilogy at Redmond Ridge is a premier, resort-style 55+ active adult community located in scenic Redmond, Washington. Home to 1,522 residences, the community is nestled among lush green spaces and miles of forested trails, offering an exceptional natural environment for its members. We are seeking a PT Compliance Inspector to work 25 hours/weekly – flexible schedule. This is an entry level position for a Compliance Inspector position for our Trilogy at Redmond Ridge community, with on the job training.
The Compliance Inspector assists in the enforcement of the community's covenants by conducting community inspections within as well as assist with the architectural request process.
What You'll Accomplish
- Conduct inspections of residential properties and common areas to ensure compliance with community standards.
- Issue compliance notices and track violations through resolution, documenting findings, photographs, corrective actions, and follow-up inspections.
- Maintain knowledge of governing documents, architectural guidelines, and compliance procedures to ensure consistent enforcement.
- Respond professionally to homeowner inquiries regarding compliance matters and community standards.
- Prepare compliance reports and supporting documentation for community leadership and committee meetings.
- Handle sensitive homeowner and compliance information with professionalism and confidentiality.
What We're Looking For
- Experience conducting inspections, documenting findings, and maintaining accurate records preferred.
- Ability to interpret and apply governing documents, deed restrictions, architectural guidelines, and community standards.
- Strong conflict-resolution skills with the ability to build positive resident relationships while enforcing community standards.
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and exercise sound judgment.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, and Excel); experience with property management or compliance software is a plus.
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation required.
- Must successfully pass a pre-employment drug screen and background check.
Physical Requirements
- Ability to inspect community grounds for extended periods and in varying weather conditions.
- Ability to perform property inspections, including navigating uneven terrain, stairs, and outdoor environments.
- Occasionally lift and carry supplies or equipment up to 25 pounds.
- Ability to sit or stand for extended periods while performing administrative duties.
- Ability to operate computers, tablets, mobile devices, and motor vehicles as required for the position.
