Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Experience in compliance, training, automotive sales, finance, title, or title work preferred
- Valid Driver’s License
- Experience and knowledge of federal and state compliance regarding vehicle sales and finance
- Highly skilled in Microsoft Office Applications, Word, Excel, and Internet browsers
Responsibilities:
- Updating FTC Safeguards, Red Flags and Privacy Notices
- Focus on internal audits to reduce risks
- Updating of dealership and sales licenses (PALS), banking licenses, criminal histories, PAA certifications, Dealer Agent Service system
- Maintain records for DOT
- Point contact for employees for Reynolds
- Updating Reynolds system with form and information relating to the variable operation
- Manage and provide support to our variable platforms including, but not limited to, VAuto, DealerTrack, DocuSign, Carfax, Ally
- Travel to all Ciocca Automotive Dealerships
