Compliance Analyst

As a Compliance Analyst, you will be a member of Convera Compliance and Risk Investigations and Analysis team.

You will be responsible for:

• Identify unusual trading patterns that may involve criminal activity or terrorist financing, have no apparent economic or lawful purpose.
• Investigate the background and purpose of transactions. 
• Collect and document relevant account and transaction data
• Review and analyze data through various perspectives
• Conduct research and analysis of complex and critical issues related to patterns and trends in money laundering and other potential risks

You should apply if you have:

• Excellent analytical skills and accuracy
• Being detail-oriented while also able to simultaneously look at the big picture to recognize patterns and connect the little things
• General understanding of complex correspondent banking/payment services organizations with multiple financial products
• General knowledge in AML Compliance, general and/or risk-based compliance beneficial
• Ability to react quickly to changing requirements and deal with a certain level of unknown
• Demonstrate a high level of responsibility and problem solving
• Ability to process large volumes of tasks
• Fluency in English
