About the Role
In this role, you will support Compensation & Benefits activities across East Europe and DACH countries, working closely with HR stakeholders in an international environment. The role is offering hands-on exposure to compensation analytics, regional projects, and global HR initiatives, including pay transparency. You will be part of a company that values learning, collaboration, and responsible business practices.
The role is offered on a 12‑month fixed-term contract.

What You Will Do
Compensation & benefits analysis: Prepare and deliver data-driven analyses to support HR and management decision-making across multiple countries
C&B processes: Support annual and ad-hoc compensation processes such as merit and bonus cycles
Market benchmarking: Conduct salary surveys and market analyses to ensure competitive and compliant reward structures
Pay transparency & equity: Contribute to pay equity analyses, works council materials, and global or regional pay transparency initiatives
Data quality & audits: Run country-level C&B data audits and support continuous improvement of HR data quality
Benefits administration support: Assist with the administration of local benefit programs in line with policies and guidelines
HR projects: Participate in regional and local C&B or HR-related projects, adapting to evolving business priorities
Who You Are
A bachelor’s degree in HR, business, finance, or a related field, or equivalent relevant experience
Initial professional experience in HR; prior exposure to Compensation & Benefits is an advantage
Fluent English, used as the main working language in an international, matrix environment
Advanced Excel skills and confidence working with data and analytical reports
A structured, detail-oriented, and proactive working style, with the ability to manage multiple priorities
General understanding of HR-related topics (e.g. core HR processes, employee lifecycle, rewards, or data-driven HR decision-making) and curiosity to further develop expertise
