Compensation Analyst a key member of the TI-NTG HR team and reports to Compensation Manager. This role will support the Compensation team as administrator of compensation, recognition programs and pay policies. In this highly collaborative and forward-focused role, you will partner with the Sales team, HR colleagues and other business leaders to define and improve compensation programs across the TI-NTG business. What You’ll Do:
- Works with the Compensation Manager to support commission and incentive bonus plan design analytics.
- Calculate commission/incentive award payments based on plan provisions. Review commission payment reports for accuracy and resolve commission/incentive reconciliation issues. Create and document business procedures.
- Analyze and validate sales performance results and provide interpretation and recommendation for sales and finance groups.
- Maintain a thorough understanding of the organization's compensation plans to ensure payments are accurate and are in compliance. Researches and responds to questions, interprets policies, and assists with review of sales compensation issues.
- Completes commission data and performance data audits and reports. Develops and maintained dashboards in commission system.
- Prepare monthly commission reconciliation reports including reporting of monthly commission and sales attainment metrics.
- Proactively identify, develop, and implement process improvements, documenting desktop procedures to achieve efficiencies and scalability.
Qualifications & Experience:
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field
- Proven analytical and problem-solving skills
- Minimum 1 years' experience with sales compensation programs, finance, or accounting
- Demonstrated strong project management and change management skills.
- CaptivateIQ experience a plus
- Outstanding follow-through and attention to detail.
- Dedication to continuous improvement.
- Strong computer skills. Proficient with MS Excel formulas -- required.
- Ability to communicate professionally, both written and verbally.
- Ability to use metrics and data analysis to identify and resolve issues.
- Demonstrated ability to work independently and in a team, as well as to establish and maintain effective working relationships at every level of the organization.
- Demonstrates uncompromising level of integrity and code of ethics and maintains a high degree of confidentiality.
