We are growing our Total Rewards team and looking for someone with a background in compensation, who is passionate about developing meaningful rewards programs, guiding organizations in making pay decisions, and building knowledge and trust in our compensation programs.
What you'll do

  • Participate in compensation surveys and analyze market data
  • Audit, maintain, enhance and refresh compensation databases and systems
  • Support day to day ad hoc analytical data analysis
  • Work with data to develop compensation models in order to derive useful compensation insights that will drive our decision making
  • Partner with recruiters to create fair and competitive compensation decisions and offers
  • Partner with the People Operations and Systems team to configure and administer compensation systems, including Workday for compensation planning
  • Help with the implementation and administration of compensation policies and programs
  • Assist with development of total compensation communications, including training, compensation statements, videos and other material
  • Support the administration of the Company's compensation cycles


Examples of desirable skills, knowledge and experience

  • 5+ years of Compensation experience
  • Experience with salary structure design and market pricing
  • Exposure to with equity program administration
  • Knowledge of Radford survey benchmark jobs and database
  • Strong analytical skills; the ability to synthesize data and develop insights
  • Ability to work independently as well as work collaboratively
  • Exceptional communication skills both written and oral
  • Microsoft Excel and Google sheets guru, proficient in PowerPoint and presentation software
  • Working knowledge of Workday, especially for Compensation Planning


Compensation
Compensation may be adjusted depending on work location.

  • For Colorado-based hires: Estimated annual salary of $109,000 - $133,000
  • For New York City, Washington, and California (excluding Bay Area) based hires: Estimated annual salary of $122,000 - $150,000
  • For Bay Area-based hires: Estimated annual salary of $129,000 - $157,000
