As a Company Cars Ford Champ, you will be responsible of support the administration and operation of Ford's employee vehicle programs, gaining hands-on experience in fleet management, internal communications, documentation processes, and cross-functional coordination within a global automotive company.

Responsibilities

What you'll do

  • Surveys: Send out the National Employee Satisfaction Survey and present results.
  • Internal Communication: Manage CoCars announcements published on FORD INFORMA.
  • License Plates: Support mass upload of new license plates, Process plate deactivation due to relocation and Process plate deactivation due to vehicle destruction/disposal.
  • Operational Supplies (Stationery/Office Supplies): Validate supply requests with the coordinator, Submit approval requests and Process supply purchases.
  • New Vehicles: Support physical unit delivery, Send out contracts, Manage documentation and Modify documents (contracts, letters, etc.) as needed.
  • Used Vehicles: Generate Origin letters and Generate liability/responsibility letters ("carta responsiva").
Qualifications

What you’ll need:    

  • Active student from any of the last 2 semesters of Industrial Engineering, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • 90% English skills (Oral, reading, writing, and listening)
  • Strong analytical and communication skills
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
  • Ability to work cross-functionally.
  • Proficiency in Excel / Office tools.
