Job Description:
Financial Strategy & Planning:
Long-term financial planning and forecasting
Budget creation and oversight
Business modelling and scenario analysis
Profitability and margin analysis
Fundraising strategy (debt & equity)
Budgeting & Operational Analysis:
Creation of annual budgets/ Annual Operating Plans (AoP)
Variance Analysis
Cost Structure Reviews
Implementing course corrections to achieve annual growth plans & profitability.
Cash Flow & Liquidity Management
Cash flow forecasting and management
Working capital optimization
Expense management, liquidity planning and cost control
Reporting & Analysis:
Monthly/quarterly financial reporting.
Customised KPI tracking and dashboarding
Variance and trend analysis
Board and investor presentations
Operational Finance:
Accounting process optimization
Internal controls implementation
ERP system recommendations and implementation
Coordination with tax, legal, and audit professionals
Transaction Support:
M&A advisory (buy-side/sell-side support)
Due diligence assistance
Valuation analysis and pitch decks
Exit planning
Qualifications
MBA in Finance or CMA/CFA or related field 5 - 7 years of relevant experience
Skills Required:
Good Communication, Leadership, interpersonal skill and organisational skill.
Problem solving skill, Analytical Thinking skill, Attention to details, mathematical skill and adaptability.
Industry proficiency, software proficiency and business acumen
MBA in Finance or CMA/CFA (or equivalent finance qualification), IC Role
5–7 years of relevant experience in Finance, FP&A, or Corporate Finance
Experience working in a managerial or finance business partnering role
Skills Required
- MBA in Finance or CMA or CFA or related field
- 5-7 years of relevant finance experience
- Experience with long-term financial planning, forecasting and financial modelling
- Experience creating annual budgets/AoP, variance analysis and cost structure reviews
- Cash flow forecasting, working capital optimization and liquidity planning experience
- Experience with reporting, KPI tracking, dashboarding and preparing board/investor presentations
- Experience in ERP system recommendations and implementation, accounting process optimization and internal controls
- Transaction support experience: M&A advisory, due diligence, valuation analysis and exit planning
- Strong communication, leadership, interpersonal and organizational skills
- Problem solving, analytical thinking, attention to detail, mathematical skills and adaptability
