We are seeking a Community Development Manager to join our team for this hybrid opportunity out of our Waltham, MA office.
Job Summary
The Community Development Manager is a key member of the team, focused on creating and supporting highly engaged communities within the Imprivata ecosystem. The main focus will be serving the needs of our core global technical community and customers. This role will work closely with other members of our Customer Advocacy, Customer Relations, Sales, and Customer Success teams.
Duties and Responsibilities
- Transform Imprivata's support-focused customer platform on Salesforce Experience Cloud into a destination for customers to learn, collaborate, get support and network with increasing proof of engagement and contribution.
- Identify and project-manage cross-functional team contributions to Community platform editorial calendars, live and digital community events, and focused tracking of goals and performance against them.
- Establish and maintain operational workflows in support of overall community engagement.
- Drive ongoing member application and on-boarding initiatives for core community members.
- Build short and long-term strategies for community engagement and growth.
- Collaborate with support for forum and group oversight ensuring questions are addressed in a timely manner.
- Plan, manage and execute customer events - both digital and live - to meet customer needs globally.
- Partner with events team for ensuring brand quality and consistency.
- Drive cross-functional collaboration for agenda development, program development, customer speakers and attendee recruitment.
- Assist in creating technical content and collateral that resonates globally.
- Develop dashboards for on-demand reporting to show progress against goals on community, events, advocacy and more.

Qualifications
- 5+ years of related business experience with a Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or Communications, or 7+ years related Business experience.
- Experience with Salesforce Experience Cloud or demonstrated ability for technical aptitude in relation to community apps
- Proven experience building a sense of community and camaraderie amongst a global constituency and complex technology market.
- Excellent communication, collaboration, and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to influence and build consensus across diverse stakeholders.
- Proven ability to drive change, foster innovation, and drive continuous improvement initiatives.
- Thrive in a team-based environment and energized by collaborating with others to deliver value.
- Embrace learning and change - look for ways to inspect and adapt based on previous experiences.
- Proficiency in cross-functional project management software and tools, as well as Microsoft Office Suite
This position offers a salary range of $150,800.00 to $160,800.00 (inclusive of variable compensation such as bonuses and incentives). In addition, more information about Imprivata's benefit offerings can be found here. This salary range represents the high and low end of Imprivata's salary range for this position. Actual salaries will vary and may be above or below the range based on various factors, such as a candidate's location, skills, experience, and qualifications.
