We are hiring for a Community Affairs Program Manager who will serve as a critical bridge between our HR and Community Affairs teams. In this role, you will lead internal employee engagement initiatives while supporting our broader philanthropic community impact strategies. In this role, you can expect to:
- Serve as the primary liaison between the HR and Community Affairs teams to align employee engagement and community involvement efforts
- Plan and execute internal employee engagement events that foster a sense of community and connection
- Encourage and increase employee participation in community and volunteer activities
- Maintain relationships with internal stakeholders and regional offices to identify and direct community engagement opportunities
- Maintain relationships with charitable partners to measure and report community impact to management
- Coordinate the creation of print and social media content that highlights employee involvement and the company's commitment to the community
- Assist with the execution of community events and provide management with regular updates on progress toward community involvement and employee engagement goals
- Serve as a knowledgeable resource on the company's corporate citizenship efforts and research ongoing industry trends
It's required that you:
- Have a Bachelor's Degree or equivalent education, training, or experience
- Have experience in employee engagement, corporate philanthropy, event planning, or a related field
- Have a demonstrated ability to collaborate cross-functionally, particularly between HR and other business units
- Possess strong interpersonal, written, and verbal communication skills
- Are highly organized, detail-oriented, and customer service focused
The base pay range is based on the market evaluation of the job and may include pay for multiple levels. Individual base pay within the range is determined by a variety of factors, including experience, performance, education, and demonstration of skills and competencies required for each role. Base Pay Range: $37.02 - $45.73 Per HourFlex-Hybrid Work Environment:Texas Mutual’s flex-hybrid schedule allows you to bring your best self to work by working remotely and collaborating in the office based on business needs. All Texas Mutual employees are required to have Texas residency and travel to their designated office as needed.
