Job Description

Job Responsibilities**
* Assist in the development and implementation of communication strategies across various platforms, including internal newsletters, social media, and press releases.
* Draft, edit, and proofread communications materials in both English and Mandarin, ensuring accuracy, clarity, and adherence to brand guidelines.
* Support the organization and execution of internal and external events, webinars, and conferences.
* Conduct research on industry trends, competitor activities, and media coverage to inform communication strategies.
* Manage and update content on internal communication channels and company websites.
* Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including marketing, HR, and sales, to ensure consistent messaging.
* Monitor media coverage and prepare reports on communication campaign performance.
* Provide administrative support to the communications team as needed.
Job Qualifications**
* Currently pursuing a Bachelor's or Master's degree in Communications, Public Relations, Marketing, Journalism, or a related field.
* Excellent written and verbal communication skills in both English and Mandarin Chinese (native fluency in Mandarin preferred).
* Strong attention to detail and a keen eye for grammar and spelling.
* Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
* Familiarity with social media platforms and content management systems is a plus.
* Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
* Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
* A genuine interest in the healthcare industry and corporate communications.
