About the job
The main purpose of this position is to design strategic marketing campaigns from market insights into execution and evaluation to generate demand and business impact towards key customer segments whilst improving customer satisfaction.
Key Task
- Implement and track local marketing campaigns based on business insights throughout the customer journey
- Generate/localize relevant content that converts
- Manage local events and local media relations in cooperation with Content & Communication Manager
- Ensure that the organization’s brand is adhered to in campaigns and in all channels
- Measure and analyze local communications efforts.
- Create an interface to Divisions/Business Units local managers
- Oversee the annual communications expenses within budget allocated by Content & Communication Manager.
- Define, drive and execute internal communications plan and efforts.
- Coordinate and support with digital marketing roles in campaigns execution
- Brief and oversee agency work.
What you know:
- 3+ years of experience analysing, supporting & driving omnichannel content campaigns
- Good capability to understand the business
- Good knowledge of different types of media
- Experience ensuring brand consistency
- Excellent communication skills in English and Italian, both verbal and written
