ICF Next is looking for a Communication Officer for one of its client. As part of our intramuros team, you will support leading EU policy work through strategic communication activities. Working closely with institutional stakeholders, you will contribute to shaping and delivering impactful campaigns on climate resilience and adaptation. Please note that this is a one year contract.
Key Responsibilities:Content development & editorial
Draft, review and edit high-quality materials: concept notes, strategies, briefings, speeches, presentations, lines-to-take
Produce content for internal and external communication (articles, web, social media)
Digital & web
Prepare website updates, event pages, and online content
Events & logistics
Support organisation of online and hybrid events, workshops and meetings
Media & monitoring
Contribute to daily press reviews using internal tools
Stakeholder management
Support internal coordination and external outreach with key stakeholders
Education & Experience
University degree
A minimum of 2 years of experience in communications, media or digital projects at international level
Previous experience within EU institutions or agencies is a strong asset
Skills & Competencies
Strong writing and content production skills (policy, digital, social media)
Ability to manage projects independently and deliver high-quality outputs
Organised, proactive, problem-solving mindset
