About this opportunity:
This opportunity is for a Marketing & Communications Intern at Ericsson Korea Partners. In this role, you will support internal and external marketing and communication activities while gaining hands-on experience in a global technology company. As an intern, you will work closely with the Marketing & Communications team to develop content and communication materials aligned with Ericsson's brand guidelines.
This role offers a great opportunity to learn how marketing and communication activities are carried out in a multinational environment while contributing to initiatives that strengthen Ericsson's brand and engagement in Korea. You will also have the opportunity to support communications related to innovative technologies such as 5G and next-generation network solutions.
What you will do:
  • Support internal and external marketing and communication activities
  • Support marketing material localization
  • Create graphics for internal communication materials such as PowerPoint slides, email banners, event announcements, and newsletters
  • Draft and edit digital and social media content (LinkedIn, X, YouTube, etc.)
  • Design and produce visual assets and marketing collateral based on Ericsson's brand guidelines
  • Shoot and edit videos, and take photos for communication and documentation purposes
  • Proofread Korea-translated documents from English and publish them on internal and external web pages
  • Support the planning and operation of internal and external events such as employee meetings, customer seminars, and media briefings
  • Handle various administrative and coordination tasks related to marketing and communications

Requirements:
  • Prospective graduates or recent graduates with less than 1 year of work experience
  • Availability to work for at least 6 months or more
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English and Korean
  • Experience using MS Office tools (Excel, PowerPoint, Word) and Outlook
  • Interest in marketing, communications, and digital media
  • Basic video shooting/editing, design, or photography skills
  • Experience with Adobe tools such as Photoshop, Illustrator, or Premiere
  • Experience managing social media or blog content
  • A creative and innovative mindset with strong problem-solving ability
  • Quick learning ability and strong teamwork spirit

  • Salary: KRW 10,320 per hour (before tax)
  • Type of Employment: Internship under a direct contract
  • Employment Period: 6 months from the start date (ASAP upon acceptance)
