- Calculate and process commission payments for sales teams based on sales compensation plans.
- Analyze and validate data to ensure accurate commission calculations.
- Address and resolve inquiries from sales personnel regarding commission payouts and calculations.
- Collaborate with the finance and sales teams to ensure alignment and understanding of commission structures and payouts.
- Generate monthly and quarterly commission reports.
- Assist in the development and implementation of new commission plans and structures.
- Continuously review and recommend process improvements for commission calculations.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and regulatory guidelines.
Required Skills, Education and Certifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field.
- 2-3 years of experience in commission calculations or similar financial roles.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and other data analysis tools.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Attention to detail and accuracy.
Physical Requirements:
- Ability to sit, stand and walk for prolonged period of time throughout the work day.
- Ability to use standard office equipment such as personal computer, laptop, telephone, photocopy machine, etc.
