Proficiency in English (B2 level or higher) is required.
Your responsibilities:
Coordinating a team of 5-7 purchasing specialists and overseeing the purchasing activity of the team for our Sofia office.
Providing proximity management for the acquisition team.
Recruiting, training, evaluating, and supervising the subordinated team.
Ensuring the transfer of tasks to team members and providing problem-solving support.
Analyzing the team’s results and reporting them to top management.
Motivating the team and proposing actions to achieve the objectives/targets and set KPIs.

Skills Required
