The Role
As a Commercial Strategy Intern, you will support the Belgium commercial team in driving strategic initiatives and improving business performance through data-driven insights. You will work on cross-functional projects, analyse operational and commercial performance, and help identify opportunities to unlock growth and efficiency.
This internship is ideal for someone who is analytical, proactive, and eager to turn insights into action. You will gain hands-on exposure to the different moving parts of a fast-growing tech company while working closely with commercial, strategy, and operational teams.
You will work from our Brussels office, with the flexibility to work remotely 2 days per week.
Responsibilities
Support the commercial strategy team with data analysis and business performance deep-dives
Help identify growth opportunities and operational improvements through data-backed insights
Assist in building and improving internal tools, processes, and reporting frameworks
Collaborate with local and HQ teams on strategic initiatives and new product rollouts
Work closely with sales and commercial teams to support performance tracking and execution
Partner with other markets to share learnings and best practices
Contribute to projects that improve restaurant and partner operations
Requirements
Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Business, Economics, Engineering, Data Analytics, or a related field
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
Comfortable working with data and translating insights into actionable recommendations
Curious mindset with a willingness to challenge the status quo
Strong organisational skills and ability to manage multiple priorities
Excellent communication and collaboration skills
Interest in the food delivery, retail, or tech industry is a plus
Fluent in English; knowledge of Dutch and/or French is a strong advantage
Proficiency in Excel/Google Sheets; SQL or data visualisation tools are a plus
