The Commercial Sales Systems Coordinator at HemoCue will play a key role at the intersection of Customer Operations, Production, Regulatory, Trade Compliance, R&D, and Sales, to meet customer demands in a timely and efficient way.

You will be a part of the Commercial Excellence and report to the Director Public Health and Commercial Excellence responsible for Sales support, coordination of Clearance to Sell Process, Control of Distribution and ERP related Sales Administration. In this role, you will have the opportunity to:
- Drive Clearance to Sell Process – including meetings and coordination across relevant functions. Drive Engineering Change Orders for product release internally and external supplier alignment for product release
- Control of Distribution Process – coordination during Channel Partner on-boarding, driving New Customer Input process
- Super Key User ERP – Identify process and system improvements and submit and drive change requests for the ERP platform within the Sales function. Drive relevant testing, training, support and related activities
- ERP Sales Administration – Register new and update existing customers data and related data, including pricing, sales agreements, pricing updates and manage relevant supporting documentation
The essential requirements of the job include:
- Relevant university degree (Business, Economics or related fields)
- Fluent in verbal and written English (Swedish and/or Danish a plus)
- Experience in CRM and ERP Systems
It would be a plus if you also possess previous experience in:
- Analytical mindset combined with an ability to prioritize between important tasks
- A strong self-starter who is competent, creative, innovative, and flexible with a collaborative and results-oriented style.
- Confident, influential, and able to take commercial processes to the next level.
- Capable of working independently and functioning as part of an integrated team.
- Comfortable in an international and matrix managed environment with firsthand, international experience.
