Manage delivery of coding services from outsourcing partners and hospital groups for US clients. Ensure SLAs, quality, and turnaround times. Translate client requirements into execution, mentor and coach the team, handle process documentation and project planning, recommend and deliver training, manage client engagement, and drive continual process and knowledge improvements.

2      Ability to understand the exact requirement of each client and provide them more than the expected results both in terms of productivity and quality. Good research and analytical skills to help gain required information from various sources for finding answers for different difficult issues.
4    Work in close conjunction with the Manager Coding by understanding the requirement and by meeting the expectation levels.
5    Completely accountable for the Service Levels Agreed, Accountable for Team performance and Quality and Mentor and Coach the team to achieve better efficiency at all times.
6    Responsible for all process documentation and project planning and Conduct and recommend training to improve team performance
7    Manage Customer Engagement and Client Interaction when needed and Conduct and recommend training to improve team performance
8    Work towards continual improvement of processes and knowledge enhancement at all times and Ensure the TAT and Quality of projects handled.
