Title and Summary
Associate Analyst, Data Management
Overview:
Associate Analyst role in Data Management team wherein the team member would need to work on data acquisition, labelling, categorization and analytics
Role
Insert customer and account data by inputting text based and numerical information from source documents within time limits
Compile, verify accuracy and sort information according to priorities to prepare source data for computer entry
Review data for deficiencies or errors, correct any incompatibilities if possible and check output
Research and obtain further information for incomplete documents, as needed
Apply data extraction techniques and procedures as defined
Highly organized, analytical, and technically-minded.
Proficient in various data analysis techniques and procedures.
Excellent report writing and presentation abilities.
Able to orient data analytics insights with the end-user in mind.
Professional, punctual, and goal-driven.
A team player with great communication skills
Generate reports, store completed work in designated locations and perform backup operations, as needed and instructed
Experience working in a fast paced environment, handle sensitive data and information with professional maturity and per defined process
Respond to queries for information and access relevant files
Comply with all data integrity, quality and security policies defined
Ensure proper use of office equipment and address any malfunctions
Prepared to undergo training to understand the procedure, processes and the toolset
Proven data entry work experience
Experience with Web, Internet, and MS Office applications
Excellent knowledge of correct spelling, grammar and punctuation
Attention to detail
Ability and experience working in large teams and deliver on schedule
Organization skills, with an ability to stay focused on assigned tasks
Willingness to work in India night shift or 24x7 shift model and based on US holiday calendar
All About You:
Proven data entry/data analyst work experience
Sound knowledge in data visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI) and data analysis tools (e.g., Excel, Python, SQL).
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with excellent communication skills.
Experience with Web, Internet, MS Office and data programs
Internal Quality Control
Good communication skills and Attention to detail
Ability and experience working in large teams and deliver on schedule
Willingness to work in India night shift or 24x7 shift model and based on US holiday calendar
Minimum BSc, BCom, BA, Diploma; additional computer training or certification will be an asset.
