Key Responsibilities
As a Customer & Commercial Leadership Intern, you will be exposed to Coca-Cola’s commercial and customer-focused strategies. You will help manage customer relationships, optimize sales operations, and ensure Coca-Cola’s products are available and accessible to consumers.

Assist in managing key customer accounts and relationships.

Support the execution of promotional and sales strategies.

Analyze sales performance data to identify growth opportunities and drive results.

Collaborate with marketing and supply chain teams to ensure seamless execution.

Help implement sales training and development programs for field teams.

Support customer negotiations and contribute to business growth.
Requirements

Educational background: An undergraduate student, pursuing a bachelor's degree, or master’s student, completing a master's degree in Business, Sales, Marketing, or related field.

Right to work: Legal authorisation to work in Italy. No visa sponsorship is provided.

Commitment: Must be available to start October 1st 2025 and commit to 37.5 hours/week for a 12 month internship.

Language: Fluency in English (with strong verbal and written communication skills)

Attributes: Enthusiasm towards Coca-Cola, its brands and its values. Curious, agile, creative and passionate about learning and making a true impact in a high-performance and diverse environment.

Relationship skills: Being inclusive, team-oriented, and adept at building relationships.

Relevant Knowledge: Basic understanding of commercial and strategies as well as market trends. Strategic and critical thinking with a customer centric approach. Good negotiation and persuasion skills. Analytical skills to understand market trends.
