Role Description:
We are looking for an experienced Business Analyst with expertise in CRM and a specific focus on Microsoft Dynamics. The candidate will join our consulting team and will guide our clients in transforming their customer relationship management strategies.
The role involves analyzing business needs, designing optimized CRM solutions, and implementing Microsoft Dynamics to drive client success. As a consultant, you will work directly with clients, providing tailored solutions that enhance efficiency, customer experience, and business value.
As part of the Capco Team you will deal with:
- Clients need assessment to understand their requirements, gather detailed business needs, and identify improvement areas.
- Develop CRM strategies and design Microsoft Dynamics solutions that align with client business objectives, industry standards, and best practices.
- Collaborate with technical teams to configure and implement Microsoft Dynamics according to client specifications.
- Identify opportunities to enhance client workflows and customer engagement processes, proposing effective CRM solutions to improve performance and satisfaction.
- Maintain close communication with client stakeholders, ensuring alignment of CRM solutions with their strategic goals and providing ongoing consulting support.
Skills and Experience
To qualify for the role you must have:
- 5+ years of experience as a CRM Consultant, Business Analyst, or in a similar client-facing role within CRM, with a strong focus on Microsoft Dynamics.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Dynamics 365, especially in Sales, Marketing, and Customer Service modules.
- Experience with configuration, customization, and integration of Microsoft Dynamics solutions, including Power Platform tools.
- Understanding of CRM best practices, industry KPIs, and reporting methodologies.
- Familiarity with Agile/Scrum methodologies and experience with project management tools.
- Good communication skills, with the ability to build strong client relationships.
- Problem-solving mindset with high attention to detail.
