Key Responsibilities
As a Strategy Graduate, you will be involved in shaping Coca-Cola’s strategic vision. You will analyze market data, support decision-making on key initiatives, and provide strategic recommendations that align with the company’s growth ambitions.

Support the development and execution of business strategies that drive sustainable growth.

Conduct market and competitive analysis to inform strategic decisions.

Assist in creating business cases for new product innovations, acquisitions, or market expansions.

Collaborate with various teams to align strategic objectives with business operations.

Help analyze performance metrics and provide insights for continuous improvement.

Participate in long-term planning processes and strategic projects.
Qualifications
-
A bachelor’s or master’s degree completed by September 2025.

Availability to start full-time (40 hours/week) on October 1, 2025.

Legal eligibility to work in the country you are applying for

No more than 3 years of full-time professional experience.

Fluent in English with excellent communication and creative problem-solving abilities.

Demonstrated leadership through roles in academic, extracurricular, or professional settings.

Desire to lead change, manage complex projects, and collaborate with people in a fast paced, high-performance environment.

Openness to different perspectives and a proven ability to work effectively with diverse teams.

Previous internship experience with The Coca-Cola Company or its system partners is an advantage.

Skills and attributes: Strong strategic thinking and problem-solving skills, with the ability to analyze complex challenges and develop effective solutions. Highly analytical and confident working with numbers, data, and insights to inform decisions. Solid understanding of Coca-Cola’s business strategy and industry landscape. Able to balance immediate priorities with long-term objectives to drive sustainable growth and deliver impactful results.
