寻找新客户，维护客户关系，并跟进促成销售。
在门店内保持高能量，管理多位顾客，并根据业务需求调整销售技巧。
在保持服务标准的同时，完成日常运营任务（收银、库存处理、补货、视觉陈列）。
保持销售区和仓库的整洁、有序和充足库存；遵守零售政策、POS系统和资产保护程序。
高效处理交易（购买、退货、换货、线上订单提货）。
支持库存周期：接收货件、上架商品并管理产品流动。
根据需要协助团队成员完成职能领域的工作。
营造协作、信任的环境；鼓励团队表现。
参与品牌活动、培训计划和包容性活动。

**任职要求**
1年以上销售经验（奢侈品零售优先）；了解时尚趋势和竞争对手。学历和经验的结合将被考虑。
具备POS操作经验，基本的电脑操作能力（iPad/笔记本电脑、移动POS）、对讲机使用能力，能够阅读价格/发布表。
英语能力强。
能够在快节奏的环境中工作。
奢侈品零售背景，精通社交媒体，有直播购物或视频演示经验，具备客户管理及数据收集技能。（优先）
英语语言能力强。（适用于欧盟）
**工作时间**
能够灵活安排工作时间以满足业务需求，包括夜间、周末、销售旺季和高客流零售日（包括但不限于公共假期）。

Skills Required
- Minimum 1 year sales experience
- POS operation experience and basic computer skills (iPad/laptop, mobile POS)
- Ability to use walkie-talkie and read price/markup sheets
- Strong English language ability
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and flexible to nights, weekends, peak periods and public holidays
- Luxury retail background
- Proficiency with social media, live shopping or video presentation experience
- Customer management and data collection skills (CRM usage)
