Skills Required
- 1-3 years restaurant or hospitality leadership experience
- Ability to motivate team to meet and exceed performance standards
- Flexible availability including evenings, weekends, and holidays
- Food processing permit (food safety license) and knowledge of food health and safety regulations
- Strong organization, time management, communication, and customer service skills
