About The Role:

The incumbent will support banks/services on supported systems based on assigned tasks.

Responsibilities

Key Responsibilities:

  • Receive and analyze & fix banks complaints and supporting bank requests.
  • Tracking Incoming & pending Jira Issues and update the Jira elements.
  • Handle the communication with system vendors in order to reach solutions for different system problems.
  • Design, innovate solutions and support sudden requests.
  • Investigating the EOD and other teams complains.
  • Supporting banks statements.
  • Participate in testing of new products, services and features to ensure its validity before launch.
  • Participate in the testing and implementation of vendor upgrades
  • Documentation / Training.
  • Supporting projects pilot phases.
  • Perform other related duties as requested by the company.
Qualifications

Key Requirements:

Education: 

  • A Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science or equivalent from a recognized university. 

Experience & Skills:

  • Very good command of English language (Listening, Speaking, Reading and Writing), or equivalent to Upper-Intermediate level. 
  • 1-2 years of experience in a similar field, preferably in Banking and payment systems Services.
  • Excellent command of Database concepts and SQL. 
  • Excellent command of PL/SQL development tools.
  • Knowledge of using Microsoft .NET Framework. 
  • Knowledge of C# or VB.NET.

Skills Required

  • Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science or equivalent
  • Very good command of English (Upper-Intermediate)
  • 1-2 years of experience in a similar field, preferably in Banking and payment systems
  • Excellent command of Database concepts and SQL
  • Excellent command of PL/SQL development tools
  • Knowledge of Microsoft .NET Framework
  • Knowledge of C# or VB.NET
