Job Purpose:
Serves as owner of the CMMS system to manage and maintain the program to optimize facility management processes regarding the use, maintenance, repair, and replacement of assets. Provides management with reports and analysis necessary for effective decision-making in equipment replacement, spare part health, and capital replenishment.
Responsibilities:
- Manage and Maintain D365/Dynaway CMMS system for functionality and accuracy
- Facilitate spare parts database in CMMS and work with plants to set up new parts
- Train key stake holders at plants to ensure compliance to system operation. This training will be both virtual and at plant locations if needed. Training will be directed to maintenance and management associates.
- Work with corporate IT to test and validate upgrades and changes
- Manage user rights and changes.
Required Qualifications:
- Experience with maintaining a CMMS system required. D365/Dynaway or SAP preferred.
- CMMS Certification Preferred but not required
- Proven success in office administration.
- Superb written and verbal communication skills.
- Strong time-management and multitasking abilities.
- Proficiency with office applications, and aptitude for learning new software and systems
- Excellent Computer Skills to include proficiency in Excel/Word Documents. PowerBI experience a plus.

- Work order management
- Inventory management
- Automated compliance & reporting
Working Conditions:
- Plant or remote
Physical Requirements:
- Able to work on computer screen format for up to ten (10) hours a day.
- Able to work around moving equipment and machinery.
- Ability to safely and successfully perform the essential job functions consistent with the ADA.
Travel Requirements:
Travel to and from the plant (10%)
