Manages 24/7 wood pellet manufacturing operations, including safety, production planning, operational excellence, staffing, training, budgeting, cost control, quality, productivity, and asset utilization. Leads supervisors and area managers, develops employees, analyzes performance data, implements company strategies, and ensures compliance with OSHA and other applicable regulations in a demanding industrial environment.

Supports geospatial data quality assurance, editing, validation, GIS workflows, supplier-data integration, field-to-office operations, and map production. The role maintains authoritative forestry and sustainability datasets, investigates GIS issues, supports Field Maps and related applications, documents corrections, runs geoprocessing tools and SQL queries, and identifies opportunities for workflow automation and efficiency improvements.

Leads total rewards strategy and administration across compensation, benefits, payroll, HRIS, compliance, analytics, and employee communications. Partners with HR, Finance, and business leaders to ensure competitive, equitable, cost-effective programs. Oversees regulatory compliance, audits, vendors, benchmarking, payroll accuracy, HR data controls, and continuous improvement. Manages and mentors Compensation, Benefits, and Payroll teams while supporting a globally dispersed workforce.

Leads total rewards strategy and administration across compensation, benefits, payroll, HRIS, compliance, reporting, and employee data management. Partners with HR, Finance, and business leaders to ensure competitive and equitable programs, regulatory compliance, operational efficiency, and workforce insights. Oversees vendors, audits, benchmarking, change management, and continuous improvement while managing and mentoring the Compensation, Benefits, and Payroll team.

Drive manufacturing process and equipment reliability improvements to increase throughput, reduce variation and cost. Lead process-improvement and capital projects, troubleshoot site process issues, implement corrective actions (MOC), create procedures to OEM standards, collaborate with maintenance and CI teams, and support plant safety and continuous improvement initiatives.

Support monthly close, prepare journal entries, reconciliations, and forecasts; process and code invoices and purchase orders; perform inventory counts and reconciliations; support operational financial analysis and ensure policy compliance and timely vendor payments.

Design, develop, implement, test, and support Dynamics 365 ERP (Finance, Supply Chain, Commerce). Create technical specifications, build reusable solutions, own ISV integrations, troubleshoot issues, perform code reviews, lead development sub-teams, run trainings, and ensure delivery of quality project deliverables within SDLC and budget.

Provides remote and onsite IT support across plants and ports, troubleshooting Windows, Apple devices, Microsoft applications, mobile platforms, hardware, software, networks, scale systems, and kiosks. Installs and configures equipment, documents incidents, enforces IT policies, supports executives and meetings, escalates issues, trains users, manages projects, and participates in rotating after-hours support. Travel to production facilities may reach 75% annually, with work in demanding industrial environments.
