As a Practice Lead at Versent, you'll blend offering strategy with hands-on pursuit leadership. You'll define what we sell, lead a high-performing team of architects and consultants, and personally drive our most strategic cloud migrations and transformation deals in market.
Key Responsibilities
- Define and evolve practice's offering roadmap and drive Annual Sales Value Gross Profit (ASV GP) targets
- Act as senior technology leader on top pursuits, shaping solutions through workshops, advisory engagements, and executive briefings
- Lead bid strategy, messaging, and solution reviews for major cloud migration and transformation proposals
- Partner with Sales to activate campaigns, identify whitespace, and drive proactive pipeline creation
- Orchestrate cross-practice solutions and partner co-sell programs for strategic deals
- Oversee presales capacity planning, resource prioritisation, and solution quality governance
- Ensure pricing integrity, commercial feasibility, and build-to-run thinking in every solution
- Lead, coach, and develop your team while fostering technical excellence and continuous learning
