Responsibilities
We are looking for a highly motivated and passionate Security Cloud Solution Architect (CSA) for Data Security. In this customer-facing role, you will own the technical relationship and data security strategy between the customer and Microsoft, guiding engagements from discovery and architecture through adoption and optimization.
- Secure the AI Estate. Help customers assess and reduce data and AI risks as they adopt Microsoft 365 Copilot, AI applications, and agents. Use DSPM and DSPM for AI to provide visibility, prioritized actions, and guided remediation
- .Drive Data Security Adoption. Accelerate effective use of Microsoft Purview Information Protection, Data Loss Prevention, and Insider Risk Management, so customers achieve sustained protection and value.
- Protect AI Agents. Define Purview data security controls for AI agents and coordinate specialists across identity, threat protection, applications, and security operations to establish integrated governance and protection.
- Apply Security Copilot in Purview. Help customers use embedded and agent-based experiences, including DLP triage, Insider Risk triage, and DSPM capabilities, to improve investigation efficiency and data security outcomes.
- Deliver Customer Outcomes. Translate objectives into clear scopes and delivery plans, orchestrate the right Microsoft teams and partners, and remove blockers to accelerate progress.
- Represent the Customer. Escalate blockers, defects, and feature requests through established feedback channels, share insights with engineering, and uphold Microsoft’s security, privacy, responsible AI, and quality commitments.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, Business, Liberal Arts, or related field AND 2+ years experience in cloud/infrastructure technologies, information technology (IT) consulting/support, systems administration, network operations, software development/support, technology solutions, practice development, architecture, and/or consulting OR equivalent experience.
- Technical experience in data security or secure AI, including the ability to translate business, risk, compliance, and regulatory requirements into adoption plans.
- Deep expertise in data security, complemented by a broad understanding of identity, threat protection, security operations, cloud security, and AI security.Customer-facing experience advising technical and executive stakeholders in data security or secure AI engagements.Business acumen and execution skills, with the ability to connect customer priorities, risk, and technology investments to practical plans, coordinated action, and measurable outcome.
- Profeciency in English and German

- Experience working on technical projects.Technical Certification in Cloud (e.g., Azure, Amazon Web Services, Google, security certifications).
- Expertise in Microsoft Purview capabilities or comparable data security solutions, such as Data Security Posture Management, Information Protection, Data Loss Prevention, or Insider Risk Management.Experience with Microsoft Purview architectures AND enterprise-scale implementation patterns.Knowledge of the data security market; relevant regulations, standards, and certifications such as ISO 27001 and NIS2; and emerging developments in data and AI security.
Cloud Solution Architecture IC3 - The typical base pay range for this role across Germany is € 64,800.00 - € 108,000.00 per year. Certain roles may be eligible for benefits and other compensation.
