Manager's Working Style & Team’s Purpose

The Cloud Networking team exists to make the network an enabler, not a bottleneck. The team’s purpose is to deliver a platform so reliable, performant, and well-abstracted that Product and Engineering teams across Mimecast can ship faster and deliver more for customers.

Day to day, you’ll split your time between people leadership and technical leadership. You’ll work closely with peer engineering managers in Cloud Platform and with architects and security teams across the organisation. The expectation is hands-on technical credibility combined with a genuine focus on team health and individual growth.
