The Opportunity:
We are looking for a highly qualified and highly motivated Cloud ERP Systems Lead for EMEA. Reporting to the VP, Financial Systems the ideal candidate would be a functional expert with background in Oracle ERP Cloud implementation and support. The Cloud ERP Lead will participate in delivery of projects including planning, design, development, rollout, training and day to day support.
The Cloud ERP Lead will work closely with business partners/stakeholders to transform business processes into effective, efficient and scalable solutions.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide day to day support to business users for smooth running of business processes as well as month-end, quarter-end processes
- Ensure smooth running of systems and timely resolution of issues
- Perform Oracle ERP Cloud setups and configuration for implementation of projects and enhancements
- Work with business users to understand requirements and come up with solutions to implement
- Coordinate and participate in testing of system upgrades, patches and fixes to ensure optimal system performance
- Serve as a key functional interface between business users and the technical team
- Serve as hands-on lead to identify and suggest approaches to resolve issues
- Provide expertise around the realization of business requests and technical design specifications
- Responsible for developing, distributing, supporting, enforcing, and integrating best practices and technology standards for financial systems
- Support acquisitions integration, global expansion and modules roll-out internationally as the needs arise
- Work with internal and external auditors for systems related requests
- Be a key participant in devising the strategy for adoption of AI
Job Qualifications:
- Minimum 10 years of hands on implementation experience of ERP Systems including at least 5 years with Oracle ERP Cloud (Fusion)
- Strong knowledge of core financials modules - GL, AP, AR, FA, Cash Management is required
- Strong hands-on system configuration experience of core financials modules is required
- Must have experience of implementing and supporting a global environment with multiple ledgers, currencies and business units. Must have multi-ledger/multi-currency concepts
- Knowledge of general accounting principles and corporate financial reporting is a must
- Focus/experience in order to cash modules – AR, Order Management, Subscription Management, RMCS, Advanced Collections is a definite plus
- Experience in supporting users spread across multiple locations in different times zones
- Ability to interact with senior leaders and adapt style as needed for technical or non-technical audiences
- Excellent problem solving, root cause analysis skills
- Strong MS Excel knowledge is needed
- Must be proficient in use of fbdi, smartview and financial report center (FRC)
- BA or BS Degree, preferably in Accounting
- Oracle ERP cloud certifications a plus
