Job Summary
Synechron is seeking an experienced Cloud & Data Analytics Lead to drive the design and delivery of cloud-based architectures and data analytics solutions. This strategic role is vital to translating complex business requirements into effective technical strategies that support organizational growth and innovation. The successful candidate will collaborate with diverse stakeholders, prepare executive-level presentations, and provide technical leadership across projects, ultimately enabling Synechron to stay at the forefront of industry trends and best practices.
Software Requirements
- Proficiency in cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or GCP (required)
- Experience with data management, data warehousing, and analytics tools (required)
- Familiarity with data visualization and reporting tools — preferred
- Experience with enterprise architecture tools and frameworks — preferred
- Knowledge of security, compliance, and governance standards in cloud environments — preferred
Overall Responsibilities
- Collaborate with stakeholders to understand business needs and translate them into comprehensive technical solutions
- Lead the development of cloud architectures and data analytics solutions aligned with strategic objectives
- Develop and present CIO decks, executive summaries, and technical reports to communicate solutions and project updates effectively to non-technical audiences
- Stay informed on the latest industry trends, best practices, and emerging technologies in cloud, data management, and analytics
- Support project planning, architecture design, and implementation, ensuring solutions are aligned with organizational goals
- Provide mentorship and technical guidance to team members and project teams
- Evaluate new tools, platforms, and emerging technologies to enhance enterprise capabilities and innovation
- Facilitate cross-functional collaboration to ensure cohesive execution and knowledge sharing
- Assist in risk assessment, security, compliance, and governance related to enterprise cloud and data solutions

- Facilitate project planning, risk management, and implementation oversight
- Present complex concepts clearly to non-technical stakeholders and senior management

Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field; Master’s preferred
- Advanced certifications in cloud platforms (e.g., AWS Solutions Architect, Azure Solutions Architect) — preferred
- Proven experience leading large-scale cloud initiatives and data solutions in enterprise settings
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with ability to manage multiple priorities
