As a Cloud & AI Apps Solution Engineer, you will play a pivotal role in helping enterprise AI developers unlock the full potential of Microsoft’s AI-powered stack across every stage of the development lifecycle. You will work directly with technical and business stakeholders to design secure, scalable, and resilient Agentic AI architectures that support business-critical applications and Frontier AI transformation. As a trusted technical advisor, you’ll guide customers and win their technical decisions on Azure for their Agentic AI deployment.
You bring deep expertise in Agentic AI workloads—including Foundry Models & Services, Copilot Studio, Microsoft IQ, and cloud-native development while exploring how to accelerate Frontier transformation.

As a trusted technical advisor, you’ll guide customers through secure, scalable solution design, influence technical decisions, and accelerate Agentic AI applications into their development & deployment workflows. Responsibilities
- Lead Agentic AI + application platforms customer engagements.
- Drive technical workshop using live demos, co-create with customers whiteboarding & architecture, rapid prototyping, hands-on proofs of concept & pilots to resolve technical blockers.
- Prove technical solutions, co-create or re-use existing architecture to influence solution design and enable customer commitment for deployments.
- Maintain deep expertise in Agent development, Foundry Models & Services, Copilot Studio, Microsoft IQ & AI App architecture and cloud native development (APIs, containerization, microservices, event-driven, Python, Java or .NET).
Qualifications
Required Qualifications (RQs)
- 5+ years technical pre-sales or technical consulting experience
- OR Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field AND 4+ years technical pre-sales or technical consulting experience
- OR Master's Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field AND 3+ year(s) technical pre-sales or technical consulting experience
- OR equivalent experience
- Expert on full stack App architecture design / modernization and cloud native dev (e.g., App Platform Services, Container Services, Serverless & Supporting App Services, Integration Services, dev tools & languages)
- Expert for Agent development, Foundry Models (Azure OpenAI, Anthropic, 1P MaaS), Fabric IQ, Foundry IQ, familiar with Foundry Services (AML), Copilot Studio Platform.
- Proven ability to lead technical engagements (e.g., prototyping, pilot, PoCs) that drive production-scale outcomes.
