Essential Responsibilities
- 关注疾病研究，探索疾病诊疗和发展前沿的方向，对规范化诊治有清晰的理解，了解和收集基于疾病诊疗的临床需求和痛点，将公司的产品和临床解决方案有效结合，制定基于疾病诊疗（Disease-based）的临床解决方案及产品价值主张
- 能够与KOL及内部Modality（产品部）同频对话，协同挖掘各病种（如：心脏、肿瘤、神经等）的临床价值
- 与临床医学学会建立联系，搭建学术共识与生态圈，保持与国际学术界的沟通
- 搭建学术共识圈，为前线销售编写基于临床经验（Clinical-based）的培训教材，将复杂的临床技术语言转化为通俗易懂的语言，并为销售团队提供培训赋能
- 协调并整合内外部资源，打造行业标杆案例。
Qualifications/Requirements
- 医学教育与专业背景（临床医学优先）
- 具备临床医学从业经验或丰富的临床市场经验。
- 卓越的学习能力，能快速吸收和融会贯通各产品知识和复杂的医学前沿信息
- 优秀的沟通能力（含英语沟通），对内对外有良好的沟通
- 具备卫生经济学教育背景或相关工作经验者优先

Skills Required
