We are seeking a Clinical Site Coordinator (Junior) to support the coordination of clinical sites and biospecimen collection activities. ResponsibilitiesUnder the supervision and guidance of the Sr. Clinical Affairs Manager:
• Support clinical site initiation and training activities
• Assist in coordinating biospecimen collection projects at clinical sites
• Support monitoring visits and help ensure compliance with study protocols
• Verify study documentation and maintain site files and internal records
• Assist with tracking site performance metrics and reporting progress
• Support communication between clinical sites and internal project teams
• Contribute to process improvements and operational efficiency
• Assist with preparing reports and site performance documentation
• Higher education in Life Sciences, Healthcare, Medical, or related field
• Experience in Life Sciences, clinical research, healthcare, or laboratory work is an advantage
• Strong organizational and time‑management skills
• Interest in clinical research and biospecimen programs
• Basic understanding of regulatory requirements for clinical sites and biospecimen collection in Poland (a plus)
• Strong communication and teamwork abilities
• Attention to detail and an analytical mindset
• Proficiency in MS Office
• Fluency in Polish and communicative English
• GCP certification is a plus but not required
