Total Monthly Cost: Php 55,000 - 80,000 per month

Our client is a fast-growing digital health company helping specialist medical doctors focus on care, not paperwork. Their AI-powered tools streamline clinical documentation and patient communication, enabling clinicians to spend more time with patients.

They pride themselves on ‘white glove’, high-quality customer support. With hundreds of clinics across multiple countries using their product every day, they’re scaling their support team to ensure every user feels supported, heard, and confident.

We're looking for a Clinical AI Support Specialist to help shape how healthcare professionals interact with AI. In this role, you'll leverage your clinical expertise to design and customize intelligent documentation templates that enable doctors to produce accurate, high-quality clinical notes, letters, and reports more efficiently.

Rather than providing direct patient care, you'll apply your healthcare knowledge in a technology-driven environment, working alongside Customer Success, Product, AI specialists, and Doctors-in-Residence to improve the documentation experience for medical practitioners.

No prior AI or prompt engineering experience is required. If you have a strong clinical foundation and a passion for technology, we'll provide the training needed to succeed.

• Design and build customized AI-powered clinical documentation templates tailored to individual doctors' workflows and preferences.

• Analyze consultation notes, referral letters, operative reports, and other clinical documents to understand documentation styles and clinical reasoning.

• Configure and organize reusable template components within the company's AI platform to create efficient documentation workflows.

• Collaborate with Customer Success Managers to deliver high-quality template solutions that enhance the customer experience.

• Partner with Doctors-in-Residence and cross-functional teams to ensure templates reflect clinical best practices and maintain a high standard of quality.

• Review, refine, and continuously improve templates based on customer feedback and evolving clinical requirements.

• Learn and apply AI-enabled documentation workflows and contribute ideas that improve internal processes and product quality.

Must-Have

• Minimum of 2 years of clinical or healthcare industry experience.

• Registered Nurse (RN), Medical Doctor (MD), or any healthcare professional with strong clinical experience.

• Strong understanding of medical terminology, clinical documentation, and healthcare workflows.

• Excellent written and verbal English communication skills.

• Exceptional attention to detail and ability to organize complex clinical information.

• Comfortable learning new software and adapting to emerging technologies.

• Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving skills.

Nice-to-Have

• Experience in one or more of the following areas is highly regarded:

  • Clinical documentation improvement

  • Healthcare BPO or healthcare operations

  • Utilization Review (UR)

  • Medical writing

  • SOP, process, or knowledge base development

  • Healthcare technology or digital health

  • AI tools such as ChatGPT, Claude, or Gemini

  • Prompt engineering or AI workflow design

• Experience with AI is a plus, but not required. Comprehensive training will be provided.
