Qualifications:
- University degree or equivalent professional qualifications in hydrology, climate science, or other relevant discipline. Minimum of 15 years’ overall experience.
- Minimum of 8 years in climate change assessment and climate risk identification, preferably for transport projects.
- Experience in preparing ADB climate change assessments including GHG accounting and climate mitigation integration is an advantage.
- Experience in projects in developing countries funded by international financing institutions is essential. Experience in Papua New Guinea or other developing countries in the Pacific is an advantage.
