- Triaging and reporting technical issues to the product team

You’re gifted at:
- Skilled at learning and using customer management platforms like Salesforce
- Identifying opportunities for website design enhancements
- Maintaining composure and clarity when handling high-pressure situations

- Teaching customers how to maximize platform value and achieve success independently
- Communicating complicated technology to clients with expertise ranging from novice to advanced

You have:
- 2-5+ years of experience working in customer service; website or real estate experience a plus
