Job Description  

The Client Success Manager I builds and maintains strong client relationships to ensure customers achieve value, satisfaction, and ongoing success with the company’s products or services. They guide clients through onboarding, monitor adoption and usage, and proactively address risks while identifying opportunities for growth and expansion. Through consistent engagement and strategic support, they help drive retention, loyalty, and long term client success. 

What You'll Do  

  • Manage a portfolio of clients, serving as the primary point of contact and trusted advisor 
  • Guide clients through onboarding and adoption to ensure successful implementation and product utilization 
  • Monitor client health, usage trends, and key performance indicators to identify risks and opportunities 
  • Proactively engage clients to address concerns, resolve issues, and improve overall satisfaction 
  • Develop and execute client success plans aligned with client goals and business objectives 
  • Identify and support opportunities for account growth, renewals, and expansion 
  • Collaborate with cross functional teams (e.g., Sales, Support, Product, Operations) to ensure a seamless client experience 
  • Track and report on client performance, retention, and engagement metrics 
  • Manage escalations and ensure timely resolution of complex client issues 
  • Provide feedback to internal teams to support product improvements and enhance the client experience 
Qualifications

Experience and Education Requirements 

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience 
  • 3+ years of proven experience in client success, account management, or customer-facing roles 
  • 1 year of experience in the multifamily industry preferred.
  • Strong relationship building and communication skills 
  • Ability to manage multiple client accounts and priorities effectively 
  • Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and drive insights 
  • Problem solving skills with a proactive, solutions oriented approach 
  • Experience working cross functionally in a fast paced environment 
  • Familiarity with CRM systems and customer success tools preferred 
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail 
  • Proven ability in the following client success areas:

  • We have an in-office work style, with most team members working in the office from Monday to Thursday and remotely on Friday.
