The role also supports reporting, data tracking, regulatory compliance, and timely claim resolution while delivering clear and accurate customer service.

Generates qualified sales opportunities through cold calling, email, social selling, lead follow-up, and event participation. Researches prospects, qualifies leads based on business needs and buying criteria, schedules meetings for Account Executives, maintains CRM records, and collaborates with Sales and Marketing. The role requires meeting outreach and pipeline metrics while clearly communicating product value and staying informed about market and competitive trends.

Reviews merchant applications, performs underwriting and KYC, monitors transactions for fraud and suspicious activity, conducts compliance reviews, and prepares risk reports for management. The role communicates with internal teams, merchants, sales agents, and partners to mitigate risk, supports risk-management training, and helps improve underwriting and operational processes.

Direct product direction for insurance technology platforms, translating business, operational, compliance, and user needs into prioritized product plans. Manage backlogs, requirements, delivery decisions, stakeholder alignment, releases, adoption, and post-launch performance. Partner with engineering, architecture, data, QA, UX, operations, support, marketing, and sales. Define APIs, integrations, embedded insurance experiences, and shared platform capabilities while applying AI to product delivery and client experiences.

Lead software architecture across complex systems, refactoring, scalability, security, distributed systems, and technical roadmaps. Develop applications, APIs, integrations, internal tools, and developer tooling using C# and .NET. Improve CI/CD, cloud infrastructure, observability, documentation, AI-assisted workflows, and engineering standards. Resolve critical incidents, support secure containerized environments, mentor engineers, and collaborate with technical and executive stakeholders on architecture reviews and cross-team implementation planning.
