Leads integrated marketing strategy for Inhabit's Residential and Vacation Rental divisions, including brand architecture, positioning, demand generation, lifecycle marketing, performance measurement, budgets, and product go-to-market execution. Manages multidisciplinary marketing teams and partners with Product, Sales, Revenue Operations, Customer Success, Operations, and executive leadership. Also advances AI-driven marketing strategy, thought leadership, personalization, automation, analytics, and operational efficiency.

Lead software architecture across complex systems, refactoring, scalability, security, distributed systems, and technical roadmaps. Develop applications, APIs, integrations, internal tools, and developer tooling using C# and .NET. Improve CI/CD, cloud infrastructure, observability, documentation, AI-assisted workflows, and engineering standards. Resolve critical incidents, support secure containerized environments, mentor engineers, and collaborate with technical and executive stakeholders on architecture reviews and cross-team implementation planning.

Own and prioritize the product backlog, translate customer and business needs into user stories and acceptance criteria, and collaborate with engineering through agile delivery. The role validates completed work, resolves ambiguity, communicates risks and delivery status, and partners with support, training, sales, marketing, and subject matter experts on releases and customer readiness. It also supports product quality, usability, efficiency, and AI-enabled product improvements for affordable housing software.

Supports insurance agency operations across licensing, travel retailer compliance, underwriting approvals, surplus lines policy delivery, reporting, tax calculations, bordereaux preparation, payments, and data entry. The role reviews client websites, maintains regulatory and business-process documentation, uses proprietary and third-party software, coordinates with accounting and underwriters, and assists managers with ad hoc activities. Strong organization, communication, Excel, software proficiency, and a bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience are required.

Owns enterprise sales across new customer acquisition, account expansion, cross-selling, and strategic account development. Builds pipeline, manages complex multi-stakeholder sales cycles, conducts consultative discovery, presents business cases, negotiates contracts, and maintains forecasts and CRM records. Partners with Customer Success, Product, and Sales Engineering to support implementation, adoption, retention, and expansion. Develops executive relationships, leads account reviews, represents the company at industry events, and provides market intelligence.

Produce, design, and deploy client email marketing campaigns; create HTML/CSS templates; apply best practices; analyze performance with analytics tools; communicate with clients and assist with related web/Drupal production.

Lead cross-functional strategic initiatives for clients, managing scope, timelines, resources, risks, and performance. Build client relationships, align stakeholders, analyze marketing data, and drive measurable outcomes and continuous improvement.

Provide budget recommendations, analyze data (GA4), produce monthly reports, communicate with clients, and collaborate on multi-channel marketing strategies to maximize conversions and ROI.

Lead channel partner marketing for STR division by building partner relationships, designing co-marketing and referral programs, enabling partners with collateral and training, managing MDF and budgets, tracking KPIs and campaign performance, and collaborating with sales and product teams to drive partner-sourced growth.

Design and develop onboarding and product training for instructor-led, virtual, eLearning, and blended formats. Partner with SMEs to create storyboards, facilitator guides, job aids, assessments, and train-the-trainer programs. Maintain templates and course materials, measure learning effectiveness, and iterate based on learner feedback and business needs.
