We are seeking an experienced Client Success Manager who excels in building strong relationships and making sound, confident decisions in a fast-paced environment. This role is critical in ensuring client satisfaction, long-term retention, and successful outcomes throughout the client lifecycle.

As a Client Success Manager, you will serve as a trusted advisor to clients—listening closely to their needs, guiding them through key decisions, and delivering solutions that drive measurable success. The ideal candidate is highly interpersonal, decisive, and comfortable navigating complex client situations with professionalism and confidence.

Key Responsibilities

  • Act as the primary point of contact, ensuring clear, consistent, and professional communication with clients
  • Build and maintain strong, long-term client relationships based on trust and value
  • Assess client needs and make strategic recommendations aligned with their business goals
  • Lead client discussions, manage expectations, and confidently guide decision-making
  • Resolve client issues efficiently, exercising sound judgment in high-impact situations
  • Monitor client satisfaction, gather insights, and proactively identify opportunities for improvement
  • Collaborate with internal teams to deliver solutions that enhance the overall client experience
  • Support client retention and growth through consultative engagement and service excellence.

Requirements
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or a related field, or equivalent experience
  • At least 3 years of experience in client success, account management, or client-facing roles
  • Experience in the staffing or recruiting industry is a strong advantage
  • Proven ability to manage client relationships, retention, and upsell opportunities
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to influence, negotiate, and build rapport
  • Demonstrated problem-solving and decision-making capabilities
  • Highly organized, proactive, and able to work independently

Minimum Technical and Work Environment Requirements:

  • Internet Connection:
    • Primary internet connection with a minimum speed of 15 Mbps.
    • Backup internet connection with at least 10 Mbps.
    • Backup connection must be capable of supporting work during a power outage.
  • Primary Device:
    • Desktop or laptop equipped with at least:
      • Intel Core i5 (8th generation or newer), Intel Core i3 (10th generation or newer), AMD Ryzen 5, or an equivalent processor.
      • A minimum of 8 GB RAM.

  • Backup Device:
    • Must meet or exceed the performance of an Intel Core i3 processor.
    • Must be functional during power interruptions.
  • A functioning webcam.
  • A noise-canceling USB headset.
  • A quiet, dedicated home office space.
  • Peripherals and Workspace: A smartphone for communication and verification purposes.
