Listen to understand new clients’ current design and desired outcomes to build an integrated solution that best utilizes the features and functions Alegeus has to offer. Collaborate with internal partners and clients to further enhance client, employer and customer experience when needs are identified.

RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Assists with delivery of future state solution meets client requirements while adhering to Alegeus best practices. Is responsible for any known gaps having a manual/temporary solution are clearly documented and transitioned to the appropriate owners until a systematic process can be rolled out.

  • Assists with the configuration of all client documented requirements.

  • Becomes a SME in at least one WCA area, demonstrated by taking ownership of updating all documentation relating to the feature/process and updating the team when the product team makes changes that impact that feature or process.

  • Through discovery, develop a deep understanding of client’s current state including their current CDH platform, systems, CHD plans and product offerings, integration points, business structure, and operational processes

  • Ensures the accuracy of configuration of the WealthCare Administration platform per the business requirements in the testing and production environments

  • Ensures the various project workstreams and other supporting departments involved in the projects are in sync and aligned with the future state design

  • Measures and makes final decisions on operational readiness with client

  • Ensures testing approach covers all aspects of solution design, assists team in creating custom testing program, and oversees client testing execution carried out by client

  • Provides input to Director, Professional Services to ensure continuous process improvement for client implementations and changes

  • Stays abreast of industry and Alegeus product knowledge and expertise as new products and features are released

  • Contributes to custom training plan, may assist Training Team during client training

  • Assists in resolving client operational or technical questions or issues

  • Responsible for working with the development team to create the high-level design for all custom solutions and/or custom code requirements

  • Provides guidance and assists Data Conversion Team with conversion planning and oversees data and functionality mapping and data conversion execution

  • Supports Sales, Service Delivery, and Product Development in assessing and creating new solutions and product offerings

  • Work closely with the project manager and other client solutions managers/analysts to define project scope, set implementation timeline, assist with creating project plan and identifying project staffing needs

  • Works with various technology partners for integration of external data elements

EDUCATION/EXPERIENCE

  • BA/BS required

  • At least 2 years’ experience in financial services, financial operations, software operations or related fields

  • Experience with project management and successful completion of project-based tasks will be required to be successful

  • Working knowledge and understanding of the US healthcare system and the operations of health plans
