Senior Product Manager responsible for owning product vision, strategy, roadmap, lifecycle execution, customer discovery, value propositions, and commercialization. Requires experience with SQL databases, CSV and fixed-format files, and data analysis.

Leads quality assurance across the software development lifecycle by validating requirements, identifying risks and edge cases, analyzing defects and incidents, driving root-cause prevention, and partnering with product, engineering, support, and infrastructure teams. Champions shift-left quality practices, tracks quality metrics, communicates risk and insights, and validates customer impact in Agile software product environments.

Analyze fraud performance, monitor transactions for anomalies, evaluate and resolve fraud alerts, integrate data sources, and develop fraud reports and alert criteria. The role supports investigations, identifies emerging fraud patterns, and provides data-driven recommendations to strengthen fraud prevention. Candidates should have advanced Excel skills, experience with data mining and BI tools, strong reporting and presentation abilities, and a quantitative bachelor’s degree.

Lead complex Employer Solutions implementations from kickoff through go-live and transition to managed services. Develop project plans, milestones, governance, communications, and decision-making processes. Coordinate requirements spanning benefits administration, employer setup, eligibility, funding, integrations, communications, reporting, and service readiness. Manage risks, dependencies, scope changes, stakeholder alignment, testing, quality controls, training, and launch readiness. Use implementation insights and performance trends to improve processes, partner experiences, and automation.

Build, test, deploy, and maintain scalable, secure SaaS applications in a collaborative Scrum team. Translate user stories into clean, documented solutions, solve complex business challenges, improve code quality and development practices, mentor teammates, and support production systems through occasional on-call rotations and release deployments.
