We are looking for a Client Solutions Manager to strengthen our team in Finland where you will be representing Snapchat in the local market.


As a Client Solutions Manager at Aleph, you'll play a pivotal role in driving success for our clients. You'll be their go-to expert, ensuring their campaigns achieve outstanding results. What you'll do:

  • Client Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding their business goals, providing training on Snapchat to media agencies, and ensuring overall client satisfaction.
  • Campaign Strategy: Develop and execute effective advertising strategies that align with client objectives, leveraging various digital platforms.
  • Performance Analysis: Monitor and analyze campaign performance, providing actionable insights and recommendations to optimize results.
  • Sales Focus: Demonstrate a strong sales mindset with an interest in identifying opportunities for growth and helping clients achieve success through tailored solutions.
  • Collaboration: Work closely with internal teams, including sales, creative, and technical departments, to deliver seamless campaign execution.
  • Innovation: Stay up-to-date with industry trends, emerging technologies, and market opportunities, bringing fresh ideas to enhance client success.

What you need for this role:

  • Finnish native speaker or high-level proficiency is a must.
  • 2-3 years of experience in Account Management: creating, maintaining, and enhancing customer relationships.
  • Proven experience training media agencies or external stakeholders on advertising platforms (Snapchat is a plus).
  • Sales-minded attitude with a strong interest in sales and client growth.
  • A Bachelor’s degree or higher, preferably in Business Administration, Economics, Social Sciences, or a related field.
  • Expertise in online advertising, analytics, and social media.
  • Strong knowledge of industry trends, markets, and opportunities.
  • Positive attitude with a drive to go above and beyond client expectations.
  • Structured, detail-oriented, and able to manage and execute multiple cross-functional projects.
  • Analytical mindset with excellent Excel skills.
  • Strong communication, time management, and organization skills.
  • Ability to communicate effectively both internally and externally in English.
