We are now looking for a full-time Customer Success Manager – Mid Market to join our Customer Success team in Helsinki or Stockholm!

In this role, you'll be part of a collaborative, fast-paced team dedicated to helping our customers achieve their goals while driving growth and retention. The Mid-Market CSM manages a diverse portfolio of customers, ensuring they maximize the value of RELEX solutions, all while keeping a sharp focus on identifying upsell and cross-sell opportunities and proactively addressing churn risks. The porfolio would include customers from the Nordics and Central Europe. You’ll work closely with Service Delivery Managers, consultants, and sales colleagues to ensure every customer relationship thrives, contributing to RELEX’s mission of providing unmatched value to retailers, wholesalers and manufacturers worldwide.

What You’ll Do as a Customer Success Manager – Mid Market:

  • Lead commercial discussions for renewals and smaller scope expansions, collaborating with sales teams for larger opportunities.
  • Actively prospect your portfolio to identify upsell and cross-sell opportunities, including scope extensions and introducing RELEX to new areas of the organization.
  • Develop relationships with customers by actively engaging in their operations and understanding their business strategy.
  • Monitor and analyze customers' key performance metrics, taking proactive measures to enhance performance and optimize their use of RELEX solutions.
  • Facilitate steering meetings to align customer goals with RELEX’s roadmap and future offerings.
  • Partner with Service Delivery Managers and our Consultants to monitor and address risks, such as lack of KPI tracking, changing contacts, ERP shifts, or other potential churn factors.
  • Educate customers on how to monitor and integrate RELEX value into their processes, empowering them to take ownership of their RELEX journey.
  • Support SDMs in managing escalations and resolving major incidents when necessary.
  • Collaborate with partners to execute successful Partner Primed strategies, ensuring mutual growth and customer success.

We’re Looking For Someone Who Has:

  • 2–5 years of relevant work experience in SaaS customer success management, SaaS Sales, supply chain management, or account management.
  • A proven ability to take proactive ownership of customer accounts, driving retention, identifying upsell opportunities, and creating measurable value for customers
  • Ideally a strong understanding of retail or CPG supply chain, with expertise in areas such as demand planning, space and assortment optimization, or price and promotion strategies.
  • A Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in a related field such as Business Administration, Industrial Engineering, Logistics, or Supply Chain Management.
  • Language skills English, Finnish and Swedish
